Gentle hatha. Poses held calmly, plenty of explanation and a long relaxation. Ideal to start out or to come back after a break.
Vinyasa. Poses flow with the breath. More dynamic, it calls for some prior experience.
Yin and relaxation. Floor poses held for several minutes, to release deep tension and quiet the mind. The perfect end to the week.
Prenatal yoga. Classes designed for pregnancy, from the fourth month, with the approval of your doctor or midwife.

Frequently asked questions
I have never done yoga. Which class should I start with?
Gentle hatha on Monday evening or Saturday morning. Poses are explained step by step, and you can always choose an easier variation.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and, if you like, a water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided by the studio.
Do I need to book?
Yes: groups are limited to twelve people. Write or call the day before at the latest. With a membership, your spot is reserved every week.
I am pregnant. Can I join the regular classes?
During pregnancy, we recommend Léa's Tuesday morning prenatal class, adapted to each trimester. Check with your doctor or midwife first.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least twelve hours before the class: the session won't be deducted from your card.
