A studio, not a gym
Atelier Souffle is a bright room on the first floor of a townhouse, twelve mats at most and three teachers who know your name.
People come to move, to slow down, or simply to find a little space between two busy days. Every class adapts to whoever is in the room: we offer variations, we take our time, and nobody expects you to touch your toes in your first session.
