Léa
Yoga teacher, founder
- Hatha
- Prenatal yoga
Léa came to yoga to ease a back worn out by years of office work. After 500 hours of training in hatha and vinyasa, then a specialisation in prenatal yoga, she founded Atelier Souffle in 2019.

Atelier Souffle is a non-profit association founded in 2019 by Léa. It now employs three teachers and welcomes nearly a hundred students every week.
Prices are the same for every class, whoever teaches it: one card or membership gives access to the whole schedule.
Three teachers, three approaches, the same care for everyone.

Yoga teacher
A former dancer, Karim teaches a fluid, rhythmic vinyasa where the breath leads every movement. He joined the studio in 2021.

Yoga teacher
Mathilde has been teaching yin yoga and meditation for ten years. Her evening sessions, on the floor in soft light, help release the day's tension.
Small groups, so that every student is seen and supported.
An accessible practice: no special outfit, no performance, no competition.
A calm place, warm in winter and open onto the garden in summer, a five-minute walk from Place de la Croix-Rousse.

I leave every class lighter than I arrived. That's exactly what I came for.
